OUR SERVICES

We offer institution-building and capacity-building services by providing technical assistance to SHGs, village organisations (VOs), SHG-Cluster Level Federations (CLFs), Primary Producer Organisations (PPOs) for strengthening their on-farm /non-farm livelihoods or to institutions- NGOs, CBOs, and Cooperatives in streamlining their services to the community in doing so. These services aim at productivity enhancement, Risk Mitigation, Value Addition/Product Enhancement, Improved Market Linkages, collective bargaining and market intelligence.

At a micro level, we support structuring the organizations, capacity building on change management, exposure and long-term handholding support services to interact and transact in a sustainable manner. The services lead to enhanced skills for a high level of performance to achieve the purpose for which the institutions are established.

Institution Building:

a. Offer consultancy services establishing and strengthening organizations, systems, and structures that enable effective governance, service delivery, and social progress. 

b. Provide a stable framework for decision-making, policy implementation, and overall functioning. 

c. Support in designing robust legal and regulatory frameworks, ensuring the independence of institutions, promoting ethical practices, and establishing mechanisms for checks and balances.

Impact Assessment, Evaluation, Research, and Policy Advocacy are interconnected processes that play a crucial role in informing decision-making, shaping policies, and driving positive social change. These components form a dynamic cycle, where research and evaluation provide the foundation for informed policies, while policy advocacy ensures their effective implementation and continuous improvement.

Impact Assessment: Our impact assessment involves measuring and analysing the effects and consequences of projects, policies, or programs on various aspects of society, including social, economic, and environmental dimensions. It helps determine whether intended goals are being achieved and identifies unintended outcomes. Impact assessments are crucial to understand the effectiveness, sustainability, and relevance of initiatives, allowing stakeholders to make evidence-based adjustments and decisions.

Evaluation: Our evaluation involves the systematic process of assessing the performance, efficiency, and outcomes of projects, policies, or programs. It involves collecting and analysing data to determine whether goals are met and to identify strengths and areas for improvement. Policy Advocacy: We do policy advocacy influencing policies and decisions through strategic communication, awareness-raising, and lobbying. Our policy advocacy initiatives aim to draw attention to important issues, shape public opinion, and drive change in policies and practices. Effective policy advocacy relies on research and evidence to present well-informed arguments that resonate with decision-makers and the public.

The findings from impact assessments and evaluations, in turn, contribute to refining research questions and methodologies.
